Your assignment in headwords:
  • householding
    • housekeeping: Overseeing the running of the household, including staff, having an eye for detail, Performing light housekeeping duties ( the cleaning service et.c.), Overseeing and participating in proper table settings and entertainment prep.
    • personnel management: Co-ordinating and scheduling of service contractors, Assisting with staff recruitment, staff planning and training, Establishing and implementing of staff procedure, Assisting with household and family security measures.
    • cleaning: Performing light housekeeping duties ( the cleaning service et.c.),
    • service: Serving of meals and drinks and performing of waiter services related, overseeing the wine cellar and liqueur inventory - knowledge about wines and spirits required.
    • reception: Assistance with planning and organizing parties and events at the property.
    • organisation: The Family is searching for a property manager who plans, controls and directs the daily operations of the residence. He is required to respond quickly and efficiently to the request of the owner and the representatives of the owener. General organisational duties are: Establishing of annual budget and expenditure, as well as inventory supplies, Control of expenditure – making savings when possible, Control the payment of all the invoices connected with the property maintenance (TV, Internet, house services, electricity, water et.c.). Updating the House Manual, Updating inventories, Ensuring the house is kept in a good state of repair, Negotiating and managing contracts with outside vendors, Organizing quotes and implementing works, Following the works and ensuring compliance with quotes provided, Co-ordinating and scheduling of service contractors, monitoring maintenance and repairs to be fulfilled timeously and cost-effectively.

    • laundry: Implementing care of clothing.
    • experience with objects of art and antiques: Taking care of fine china, silver, crystal, as well as taking care and inventory of artwork and antiques.
